My Indosequence – Pusat Studi SMONAGENES

My Indosequence is currently based on a cooperation between the Indonesian-German Network funded by the German government and a German company which is a leader in DNA sequencing service. We have established an inexpensive and easy to use infrastructure to make sequencing in Indonesia affordable and fast. In the long run we want to expand this infrastructure by the following means:

establish a joint Indonesian-German company in Indonesia to secure cutting-edge technology in Indonesia. This will create jobs, advance science and provide service for end-users like plant and animal breeders, human geneticists in hospitals, pathologists, food security, waste management, pharmacology and many more.

establish, with the support of our Indonesian partners further services like bar coding, family analysis, and others.Full service 16S rDNA sequencing is already available at Brawijaya University.

If required, whole genome sequencing including bioinformatics may also be established.

My Indosequence is an institution that provides services for DNA sequencing in collaboration with the GATC Biotech company in Germany. The service excellence provided in My Indosequence is our service using barcode labels so that customers can get fast, quality and accurate results at a low cost. In addition, Indoseq GATC provides services for preschool preparations including purification, the provision of 16sRNA universal primers, PCR, DNA isolation and analysis in Silico.
