Field Study: Clicinal Pharmacy

Mrs. Ema was born in Nganjuk on February 28, 1986. Her undergraduate and professional education program was taken at Airlangga University then continued to take a Masters program in clinical pharmacy at Airlangga University.

She is currently active as a teaching staff in the pharmacy department of the Medical Faculty of UB and serves as head of the clinical pharmacy department. She also served as chairman of the quality assurance unit. Her activities include teaching, research and community service and being active in professional and scientific organizations. Various research grants and community services have been obtained and have published manuscripts in scientific journals.   • 2017-2018 Risk of occurrence of Type 2 DM in dyslipidemia and CHD patients with statin therapy (DPP / SPP FK UB)
  • 2016-2017 Analysis of the potential of LOX-1 DNA epitope vaccine in preventing atherosclerosis through induction of immune responses in Rattus novergicus strain Wistar rats (RISBIN IPTEKDOK)
  • 2015-2016 Synthesis of Thymoquinone derivative drug molecules from Black Seed (Nigella sativa) to reduce the toxicity of Adynamic Ileus

Community Research

  • 2018 Training on insulin injection techniques and education of balanced nutrition patterns for health workers and patients with diabetes mellitus in Dr. Soepraoen and RSI Unisma
  • 2017 Efforts to deal with degenerative diseases through the improvement of elderly posyandu services in the villages of Sumbersuko and Pandanrejo, Wagir Subdistrict, Malang East Java Regency (BPPM)
