Pak Sakti was born on June 20, 1964. Strata 1 education was completed in 1988 at Universitas Brawijaya while strata 2 education was completed in 1998 in the field of Law at Airlangga University. He is listed as a teaching staff in the UB Faculty of Law’s Legal Sciences department. Now he is studying Doctoral at Universitas Brawijaya.
